CLE
Credit Information
| Similar to the NACUA Annual Conference and
Workshops, Continuing Legal Education credits are available for those who participate live
in a NACUA Virtual Seminar. You may be eligible for up to 2.0 hours of CLE credit. For
more information on the credit hours available, please contact Meredith
McMillan. |
| I
would like NACUA to apply on my behalf for CLE Credit. How do I do this? |
|
Attorneys interested in having
NACUA apply for their CLE credit must complete two forms, the Certificate of Attendance
form and the Attendance Record, which are included in the materials. Please return both
forms along with payment of $5, per person per state requested, to NACUA by mail or fax
(202-296-8379). Depending on the state's rules, NACUA will sign the form to verify your
attendance at the seminar and will either process your credit with the MCLE record-keeping
authority in the state(s) you provided or return the signed form to you for your records. Please note, if you are
requesting credit in more than one state you must fill out one form per state.
|
| The
current Certificate of Attendance form is not accepted in my state. What do I do? |
|
Attorneys in some states need a specialized
Certificate of Attendance form to submit to their state's MCLE record-keeping authority.
Once the Attendance Records are received, NACUA will send out specialized forms to be
distributed to participating attorneys. Please contact Meredith McMillan and let her know how many forms you need. The
states affected are: KY, LA, TX, VA.
|
| Am
I eligible to receive CLE credit in my state for participating in the Virtual Seminar?* |
|
NACUA will apply to the MCLE of every state
once the Virtual Seminar has been concluded. *Please note that Kansas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania do not approve
virtual seminars. |
