Who Should Attend

This program will be of interest to college and university counsel who advise institutions on employment discrimination matters, and in particular on ADA, FMLA and workers' compensation issues. The presenters will assume registrants have some experience with both the ADA and the FMLA and are familiar with the basic terms, concepts and requirements of each statute. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include Human Resources officers and staff, EEO officers and academic administrators with responsibility for employment matters. After reviewing the Program Schedule, members may wish to consider inviting these or other administrators on their campus with responsibilities related ADA and/or FMLA matters to join them for the program.
