Who Should Attend?

This program will be of interest to college and university general counsel and attorneys who advise institutions of higher education on compliance with federal non-discrimination law in the design and administration of student admissions programs and related programs.  The presenters will assume registrants are generally familiar with the constitutional precepts and issues surrounding the use of racial classifications and the general questions raised in the University of Michigan cases.

Other campus administrators who will benefit from this program include senior administrators and other personnel responsible for establishing and administering institutional student admissions policies.  After reviewing the program schedule, members may wish to consider inviting any campus administrators with responsibility for admissions or related areas join them for the program if they believe they will benefit from the program.
