Who Should Attend?

This program will be of interest to college and university counsel who advise institutions on personnel and human resources matters, including termination and dismissal of employees and faculty members. The presenters will assume registrants are generally familiar with the basic principles of personnel and employment law as they relate to the employee dismissal process. Campus administrators who may benefit from the program include human resources and personnel administrators, EEO officers, and academic administrators with responsibilities for faculty hiring and termination. After reviewing the program schedule, members may wish to consider inviting these or other administrators on their campus with responsibilities related to employee separation and dismissal to join them for the program.
