Barron K. Henley is an attorney, a “legal technologist” with 15 years of experience and a founding member of Henley March & Unger Consulting, Inc. He he presented multiple sessions on law office technology topics at each of the NACUA 2005, 2006 and 2007 annual conferences, receiving outstanding reviews and comments from conference registrants. He received his B.S./B.A. (marketing and economics) and J.D. from The Ohio State University and is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, and the Worthington Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Henley is a member of the ABA Law Practice Management Section and the Columbus Bar Association Law 2010 Committee. He's also a member and former Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Law Office Automation & Technology Committee. Mr. Henley is a Certified Consultant for Amicus Attorney® practice management software and a Certified Independent Consultant for HotDocs® document assembly software. Mr. Henley heads HMU's HotDocs document assembly and software training departments; and teaches CLE classes covering practice management, document management, file management, server and personal computer issues, remote access, mobile lawyering, scanning and imaging, legal paper reduction strategies, electronic case filing, Word, Excel, Outlook, WordPerfect, HotDocs document assembly, Adobe Acrobat, malpractice avoidance, and many other topics.

Mr. Henley is a frequent Continuing Legal Education speaker on legal-specific technology issues throughout the U.S. for bar associations and CLE providers. In addition to NACUA, he has presented for the American, Ohio, Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Toledo Bar Associations, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Michigan, Virginia CLE, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, and many others.

Miles J. Postema is the General Counsel at Ferris State University. Prior to joining the University he was a Partner at Tolley, VandenBosch, Walton & Korolewicz, P.C. (now known as Foster Swift) in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he specialized in general business and transactional matters and civil and commercial litigation, and served on the firm's management committee. He began his legal career at Warner Norcross & Judd as an associate specializing in general business and commercial litigation.

Mr. Postema serves as the Chair of NACUA's Continuing Legal Ed. Committee, was the was the Chair of the March 07 CLE on Discrimination Law and is the Chair of the November 2007 Workshop Planning Group. He is a past Chairman of the Law Practice Management Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is the immediate past President of the Mecosta-Osceola County Bar Association and has served as the Secretary of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He has also served on the Publications and Website Advisory Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and as the former Chair of the Communications Committee of the State Bar. Mr. Postema is the Chair of the Public Outreach Committee for the State Bar of Michigan. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chapter of Assn. of Corporate Counsel Foundation. In 1994 he was elected as a Fellow of the State Bar of Michigan Foundation. Mr. Postema also serves as a Trustee on the Board of Ed. for the Rockford Public Schools and is the Chair of the Board of Directors for Leadership Grand Rapids. Mr. Postema is a frequent presenter for continuing legal education programs on law practice management. Mr. Postema holds a B.B.A from Western Michigan University, a Masters of Science in Taxation from Grand Valley State University and a J.D. from Wayne State University.
