Fees. Fees include
all sessions, coffee breaks, reception and luncheon, plus conference materials. Please
include payment with your registration form. NACUA does not accept telephone
registrations. Fax registrations must include Visa or MasterCard payments.
Cancellation Policy.
All requests for cancellations must be received in WRITING, via fax or email, not
later than Friday, April 6, in order to receive a full refund (minus an
administrative fee of $50.00).
Requests for cancellations after Friday, April 6 and by Monday, April 16
that are approved by NACUA will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Requests for cancellations after Monday, April 16 and by Thursday, April 19 that
are approved will qualify for a 30% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations not received in writing by Friday, April 20, will not be issued a
refund or credit for any reason (no exceptions). All refunds will be processed
after the workshop. |
