Cancellation Policy.
All requests for cancellations must be received in WRITING, via fax or
email, not later than Friday, February 23, in order to receive a
full refund (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).
Requests for cancellations after February 23 and by Friday, March 2
that are approved by NACUA will quality for a 75% refund of the registration
fee (minus an administrative fee of $50.00).
Requests for cancellations after March 2 and by Friday, March 16
that are approved will qualify for a 50% refund of the registration fee
(minus an administrative fee of $50).
Requests for cancellations after March 16 that are approved will
qualify for a 30% refund of the registration fee (minus an
administrative fee of $50).
Cancellations not received in writing by Wednesday, March 21, will not be
issued a refund or credit for any reason (no exceptions). All refunds will
be processed after the workshop. |
