NACUA's Outline Guide is a convenient reference to all outlines resulting from NACUA Annual Conferences and CLE workshops. Currently, the outlines from October 1992 to November 2005 are included in the guide and we recently added links so that you can download many of the outlines from 1995 - 2005. The Outline Guide will also be updated after each new NACUA program.

The outlines are organized by the Universal Subject Matter Index (USMI) to assist you in searching for NACUA materials in a specific subject area. Each outline reference contains the title of the outline, the author, the nature of the outline (e.g. narrative or topic, with citations or case summaries, bibliographies or attachments), the length of the outline and the program where presented, as well as the main headings used in the outline by the author. Although you can also search for outlines by keyword, we encourage you to search for outlines more thoroughly by using the Uniform Subject Matter Index and browsing through the outlines in each subcategory.

You should begin with a review of the Uniform Subject Matter Index, which follows the same classification of higher education law topic as NACUA’s Legal Reference Service. Although you can also search for outlines by keyword, we encourage you to search for outlines more thoroughly by using the Uniform Subject Matter Index and browsing through the outlines in each subcategory. The on-line Outline Guide has been structured to facilitate quick and easy browsing back and forth between various sections.

If the outline is not available on-line, you can order documents by calling the Legal Reference Service (202-833-8390) or sending them an e-mail at lrs@nacua.org, including the document title and number along with your contact information. All LRS documents are free of charge to NACUA members.
