NACUA and Thomson West are pleased to provide "Higher Education Case Highlights" to NACUA membership.   "Highlights" include new cases and other higher education law developments posted daily from West.  By clicking on the hyperlinked case name or other title, NACUA members can access the full text of selected cases and documents at no expense to the member. However, please note that members using this service to access the full text of highlighted cases and documents will not be able to access material behind hyperlinked citations appearing in the full text without utilizing and incurring charges on a Westlaw account.

Access Thomson West's KeyCite Service

NACUA is pleased to offer this new service to all members free of charge: West's KeyCite citation research service. KeyCite® is a fully integrated citator and research tool in one, easy-to-use graphical service. It enables users to determine whether a specific case has been affirmed, reversed, modified or otherwise cited by subsequent court decisions, and helps identify cases, administrative decisions and analytical materials that may support a particular point of law. It includes coverage of all federal and state cases in West's National Reporter System®. We encourage all members to use this new feature and to tell us if you find it useful and helpful.
