(CLE) workshops, one-day workshops, and virtual seminars throughout the year. Materials

The "What's New" Archive is comprised of a continuously updated collection of

Archive of "Higher Education Case Highlights":
The "Higher Education Case Highlights" Archive contains summaries and links to
the full-text of all higher education-related cases that have been posted to West's
"Topical Highlights - Education" service. This Archive, which began in 2003, is

Archive of "Journal of College and University Law" Articles:
The Journal of College and University Law (JCUL) is the only national, quarterly law
review devoted exclusively to higher education law. Published jointly by NACUA and the
University of Notre Dame Law School, the JCUL includes articles of current interest to
college and university counsel; commentaries on recent cases, legislative and
administrative developments; book reviews; student comments; and occasional papers from
NACUA annual conferences and workshops. The JCUL Archive contains articles published since

NACUANOTES Archives:
NACUANOTES, designed as short, concise and practical summaries of recent important
developments in higher education law or of common and recurring issues in higher education
law practice, are produced and distributed by NACUA with the assistance of the the
NACUANOTES Editorial Board. Notes are distributed periodically via email to all NACUA
members, and include links to practice resources and to Word and .pdf versions of the
documents. The NAUCANOTES Archive began in 2003. View an
