| 1. Every Monday NACUA's Director of Legal
Resources sends a weekly email update to all members containing cases posted over
the last week to the "Higher Education Case Highlights" page. The
"Higher Education Case Highlights" page contains links to all higher education
related cases that have been posted to West's "Topical Highlights - Education"
service. By clicking on the hyperlinked case name indicated below you will gain
access to the full text of the case.

After clicking the link, you will be transferred to the
Westlaw web site where the full text of the case resides. If you are already logged
in to the NACUA web site, you will be taken directly to the case; if you are not already
logged in to the NACUA web site, you will be asked to enter your NACUA username and
password. There will be no need to use a special West password unless
you want to access the additional resources that West provides, such as the "Case
History" link below.

2. The mailing also includes links to higher
education cases not reported on Westlaw, updates on higher education legislation, white
papers, and law firm memoranda. These are found under the section entitled
"Other New Documents and Cases on the NACUA Web Site."

3. The final section of the mailing,
"NACUA Events", contains links to upcoming NACUA workshops, conferences,
and virtual seminars.

4. While the "Higher Education Case
Highlights" email is a convenient resource for staying abreast of the latest
developments in the field, some email clients may have difficulty displaying these
HTML-formatted messages. In such cases, an alternative is available through the web
site. Clicking on the link indicated below, which appears in the opening paragraph
of each email, will enable you to view a web-based version of the "Case
Highlights" email.

You will be transferred to the "Case Highlights" Email
Messages archive page (http://www.nacua.org/casehighlights/index.asp)
where links to email dating from February 2005 (the inception of the archive) to the
present are found.

Accessing the link will pull up the full text of the email.
