NACUANET is the professional networking platform and email discussion list of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA). All NACUA member attorneys are enrolled in this network.

Members can subscribe to the daily digest of the email discussion messages or receive real time notifications (expect to receive 10-20 messages per day). The NACUANET discussion list is intended to facilitate communication among NACUA members and includes messages on such topics as:

  • Recent legislation, caselaw, and specific campus situations.
  • Requests for suggestions, experiences, sample policies and contracts, and legal briefs or memos.
  • Law office management, administrative issues, interesting websites, and "lighter" topics.
  • Position announcements.

The networking platform also allows members to provide biographical information about themselves, connect with smaller discussion groups, and share and download documents in the document library.
