Committee on Board OperationsChaired by the Association’s Secretary, this Committee’s duties include the orientation (offered annually in the fall) and ongoing education of members of the Board; assessments and evaluations of Board effectiveness; and ongoing examination of NACUA’s governance structure and corporate compliance. The Committee also helps to ensure a strong Board-CEO relationship. The Committee typically meets in conjunction with regularly scheduled Board meetings two or three times per year, and conducts most of its work by conference call and email during the year.
