NACUA's Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four elected officers: President, President-Elect (who serve one-year terms), Secretary, and Treasurer (who serve three-year terms). The other members of the Board include the immediate Past President and sixteen Members-at-Large (who each serve three-year terms), for a total of 21 Board Members. Beginning in FY 2010-11 six new Members-at-Large were elected and continuation of this process will ultimately result in a total of 23 Board Members. Three regular meetings of the Board are held each year in conjunction with the November and March continuing legal education workshops and the Annual Conference.
