NACUA's Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of six elected officers: the President, President-Elect, First and Second Vice-Presidents, who serve one year terms; and the Secretary and Treasurer, who serve three year terms. The other members of the Board include fifteen Members-at-Large, who each serve three year terms, with five new members elected each year, and the immediate Past President. Three regular meetings of the Board are held each year in conjunction with the November and March CLEs and the Annual Conference.
