NACUA's Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four elected officers: President, President-Elect (who serve one-year terms), Secretary, and Treasurer (who serve three-year terms). The other members of the Board include the immediate Past President and eighteen Members-at-Large (who each serve three-year terms), for a total of 23 Board Members. [The Board position of Immediate Past President will be vacant during FY 2012-13, resulting in 22 Board Members for this fiscal year.]
