NACUA’s Law Fellow, Linh T. Nguyen, recently obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. At NACUA, she is responsible for responding to member research requests and assisting with a variety of legal resources projects, including identifying and summarizing new documents for NACUA electronic publications and editing NACUANOTES.
Prior to joining NACUA, Linh worked for the Iowa State Public Defender, the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and the Colorado Attorney General Criminal Appeals Division. In law school, she was the Note & Comment editor for the Journal of Gender, Race and Justice, participated in moot court and arbitration competitions, and conducted research for the University of Iowa College of Law Associate Dean for Student Affairs. Linh graduated from Oberlin College in 2012 with a degree in Philosophy and Law & Society.
